WiseFlo CX came out of a simple frustration: too many businesses invest in powerful CX platforms and see almost none of the value — because implementation gets treated as a one-time task, not an ongoing discipline.

We've been working inside Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshservice, HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho, and the wider CX ecosystem since 2021 — implementing, migrating, optimizing, and running support operations for ecommerce brands, SaaS companies, and scaling businesses.

The work has taken us across industries and geographies. Not because we set out to be global, but because good CX work travels. Clients find us when their current setup stops scaling, when a migration goes wrong, or when they realise their team is only using 30% of the platform they're paying for.

What platforms do you work with?+
We specialize in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshservice, HubSpot, Monday.com, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Kapture CRM, SugarCRM, Intercom, and Salesforce Service Cloud. We also build analytics layers using Looker Studio and Metabase.
Do you only do implementations, or migrations too?+
Both. We handle full platform migrations — helpdesk to helpdesk, CRM to CRM, ITSM migrations — using our proven four-phase methodology. We've completed migrations from Zendesk to Freshdesk, legacy CRM to HubSpot, on-premise to cloud, and more.
What exactly is Support Outsourcing?+
We manage your customer support operations end-to-end — not just place agents. That includes team staffing, platform setup, process documentation, quality monitoring, and reporting. Your customers get professional support; you don't have to build and manage the function yourself.
How long does a typical implementation take?+
For a standard platform implementation, typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Complex builds with multiple integrations or large data migrations run 8–12 weeks. We scope this clearly in the discovery phase — no surprises.
Can you integrate our helpdesk with our other systems?+
Yes — and this is where a lot of the real value unlocks. We regularly integrate helpdesks and CRMs with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, Tally), accounting tools (QuickBooks), logistics providers, telephony systems, and more. If there's an API, we can connect it.
What happens after the project is delivered?+
Every delivery includes full documentation and a handover so your team can operate independently. For ongoing support, we offer Managed Services — acting as your virtual CX platform admin team with defined SLAs.
